We coordinate and manage the clinical study project from project initiation to completion, and are responsible for coordinating medical writing, clinical monitoring, data management and statistical analysis, medical monitoring, pharmacovigilance, SMO, subject recruitment, central laboratory and other functions. Our project team is responsible for the management of the whole life cycle of the project.
